Vahid Hussain S

Partner

Vahid brings over 12 years of comprehensive industry experience spanning IT delivery, BPO operations, recruitment, client coordination, project and training management, with a proven track record of successfully handling diverse global clients. As a seasoned manager, he ensures timely delivery of all project milestones while fostering a collaborative and transparent relationship with clients.

His expertise extends to business operations, personnel and vendor management, administration, space and cost management, as well as system administration support. Vahid has demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing cross-functional teams of over 100 members across operations, recruitment, administration, logistics, technology, and support functions.

Vahid’s core strengths lie in building and scaling teams from the ground up for non-voice BPO processes and IT operations, particularly for US-based clients in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing, and E-Commerce sectors. He has managed large-scale recruitment drives, successfully closing bulk hires of over 500 candidates for major multinational corporations in India and the Middle East, covering entry to mid-level roles in IT, ITeS-BPO, retail, and banking/financial services.

Additionally, Vahid has significant experience in event management and strategic hiring, orchestrating hiring processes that align with organizational goals while coordinating large-scale corporate events seamlessly.

Vahid is passionate about embracing challenging roles to continuously learn and demonstrate that no goal is unattainable. He believes that genuine passion and commitment to one’s work and team cultivate confident, high-performing teams that naturally achieve outstanding results.
